Busy, well-respected graphic design studio located in the Flatiron District of NYC seeks highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented assistant to support firm's principals. While reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position directly supports the firm's two Principals. Responsibilities include managing Principals' schedules, phone reception, travel arrangements, written correspondence, and other general administrative support. This support requires responsibility for both their professional and personal needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent verbal and written skills—you will be communicating directly with the firm's clients on behalf of the Principals, so will need to be articulate, friendly, and helpful
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Proficient use of the computer and the following programs: Word, Excel, and ideally, InDesign
- Strong interpersonal skills—we offer a very congenial atmosphere and work well together
- Interest in the work we do (i.e., understanding our mission and being curious about our clients, projects, and collaborators)
- "Can do" attitude—everyone in our office pitches in to help others; we are fairly informal but always professional

Busy, well-respected graphic design studio located in the Flatiron District of NYC seeks a responsible, highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented team-player to fill junior designer position.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Collaborate closely with design team on all aspects of design process
- Deliver accurate design solutions to clients under the supervision of creative director
- Think creatively and strategically
- Offer innovative ideas and contribute to the studio culture
- Serve as a steward of the Two Twelve brand
The junior designer must have:
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to a varied range of project types
- Highly attuned attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- An open and positive personality
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Minimum educational and professional requirements include:
- 4-year college degree (preferably a BFA in Graphic Design or in a related 3D design field)
- 1-3 years of design work experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop are a must)
- Experience in AutoCAD, web design, and/or interactive design applications are a plus
