NJ TRANSIT is the nation's largest statewide public transportation system, serving more than 680,000 riders daily. Two Twelve has provided information design services to the agency since 2001, producing a wide range of customer communications. These have included a visitor orientation map for the 312,000 square-foot, multi-level Secaucus Junction transfer station; a system of symbols to identify railway lines and aid customer access and wayfinding; and a new approach to rail service timetable design that attracted favorable media attention to the transit agency.

Two Twelve is presently creating signage for the Hoboken Terminal and Yard Complex operated by NJ TRANSIT as consultants to STV engineers and architects. The restored, multi-modal terminal will connect rail and ferry service between New Jersey and Manhattan.
