Two Twelve and the New York Mets have enjoyed a constructive working relationship for almost a decade.

We first helped develop the signage and graphics package for the 2001 opening of KeySpan Park, home of the Brooklyn Cyclones Mets Minor League Class A Affiliate. Two Twelve reinforced baseball’s return to Brooklyn with colorful signs featuring iconography connecting baseball, the beach, and Coney Island’s famous neighboring amusement park.

Next we created a wayfinding system as part of a broader fan services initiative for the Mets 2003 season at Shea Stadium. An in-depth strategic exploration resulted in bold, new design elements and graphics to help fans find their seats and amenities faster.

Two Twelve also designed nostalgic graphics for the Mets’ Spring Training headquarters at Tradition Field in Port St. Lucie, Fla, home of the St. Lucie Mets of the Florida State League.

Two Twelve has been at the forefront in the development of all graphics—including a comprehensive signage presentation—at Citi Field, the Mets’ new world-class home. Our extensive work includes the environmental graphics adorning the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, Citi Field’s main entry inspired by the classic design of Ebbets Field and honoring the legendary pioneer who broke baseball’s color barrier with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1947.
