Visioning is a practice Two Twelve has developed to help clients communicate complex plans and proposals to broad audiences.

Public agencies, planners, real estate developers, and other organizations seeking to implement ambitious initiatives can only succeed if they can persuade stakeholders to accept their vision.

We have found that visions sell best when they’re visible, when images and words are packaged in logical, powerful stories that people can easily follow and grasp.
