EXPERIENTIAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER
At Two Twelve, we redefine the user experience in stadiums, arenas, hospitals, airports, universities, mixed-use real estate, and other user-focused public places. We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Experiential Graphic Designer to be part of our ambitious team. Two Twelve is a 20-person firm, and designers are involved in all phases of the design process. This designer will work directly with our sports team for The Super Bowl and NFL Draft along with other public projects.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company processes and adhere to these consistently
- Work with the Creative Director, Senior Designers and Designers to create wayfinding strategies and design holistic sign systems and environmental graphics
- Develop and maintain sign location plans, message schedules, signage graphic layouts, and detail drawings for multiple projects
- Research materials, processes, and ADA / Building Code requirements when needed
- Assist in preparing client presentations and attend project meetings
- Assist in reviewing fabrication shop drawings, samples, and prototypes
- Participate in site audits, stakeholder workshops, and signage installation reviews
- Actively expand and develop skill sets to push the studio’s work in innovative ways
- Travel for project meetings, fabrication, and installation review, when required
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree (preferably a BFA in Graphic Design, industrial design, or interior architecture)
- 1+ years of work experience in a graphic design studio, minimum. 1+ years specifically in signage and wayfinding is a big plus
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong design sensibility, typographic skills, and systems thinking
- A high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and GoogleDocs workflow. Knowledge of CADTools, Sign Agent, SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, or Revit are a plus

- Enjoys problem-solving and can manage multiple projects, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
- Is able to think conceptually and ideate/iterate solutions for design problems
- Is detail-oriented and has a high level of organizational skills

Two Twelve is currently working under a hybrid model with employees spending a minimum of Tuesday and Wednesday in the office. Additional in-office days are encouraged for tasks that require a high degree of collaboration or access to studio resources.
