A collaboration between Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. and the New York City Economic Development Corporation, Alexandria Center for Life Science at East River Science Park, a 1.1 million square-foot campus, will be the largest scientific and medical research center in Manhattan when completed. In conjunction with Hargreaves Associates landscape architects, Two Twelve was invited to provide environmental graphic design services that reflect a brand identity for the Alexandria Center, designing a signage program to welcome and guide visitors while ensuring compliance with New York City and State regulatory requirements, and supporting LEED certification objectives.
